Can I buy your products if I am not a wholesale customer?

Q: Shipping Information
How do you ship out the products?
A:
We use USPS (United States Postal Service) to ship out all of our products. All shipping is calculated internally based on weight and destination. Our shipping prices are not inflated in anyway, these are actual weights. For example, an 8oz bottle of shower gel, actually weighs a pound in a box because 8oz is a net weight, not the weight of the actual product. Please take this into consideration when checking out.
We prefer to ship all items via Priority Mail. This insures that you will receive your order the fastest way available.
We do offer a Parcel Post option, but please note that it can take up to 2 weeks for your order to arrive once it has been shipped. During the holidays, this time can be extended. This is something we have no control over when choosing Parcel Post.
Q: Insurance
Do you offer insurance on your packages?
A:
Yes, we do. Please click here to purchase insurance. We do our best to package our products carefully, but once they leave our hands, it is out of our control as to what happens to them between our house and yours.
Insurance is highly suggested on wholesale orders.
Q: Shipping During Hot Temperatures
What happens if I live where it is hot? Will my products melt?
A:
Yes, some may melt and this is something beyond our control. Our soaps and candles will melt in the heat. Please take this into consideration when ordering when temperatures are hot in your area.
We are not responsible for any melting of items. Normally most items can be put into the refrigerator and/or freezer to bring the item(s) back to their original nature, but there is no guarantee. Please keep this in mind when ordering these kind of products during the summer months.

What kind of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards payable through Paypal. You can pay with Paypal, even if you do not have a Paypal account. If you are not comfortable with Paypal, we do accept Visa. Mastercard and Discover.
Q: Returns and Refunds
Do you accept returns?
A:
No. Due to the nature of our products, we can not accept returns or issue refunds.
Q: Wholesale
What is the minimum requirement for orders?
A:
We have a $75 minimum order and each product is sold in lots of 3 or 4 per fragrance.
Q: Wholesale Shipping
How long does it take to receive a wholesale order?
A:
This depends on many factors. We make our products in the order they come in. We do not give preference to any one. So, if an order comes in and I have 5 orders ahead of yours, then your order will be worked on after those 5 are complete. Depending on the size of your order, will depend on how long it takes to complete it.
Approximate shipping time would be 2-3 weeks from the time your order is placed until it arrives at your door.
